Quote from "Kahlil Gibran"
But if you love and must needs have desires, let these be your desires

"It is wrong to think that love comes from long companionship and perservering courtship. Love is the offspring of spiritual affinity and unless that affinity is created in a moment, it will not be created for years, even generatioms"

Admiration for days
Of ways
She played with facets of my mind
Then left behind a trail of photos that said
Forget me not
Or my spotted spots
Which inspire plots
Of ways to rock
While reaching deep
Gently putting here to sleep
And underneath her closed eyes
Was a smile full and content

Caged Bird

I sing my song
Of nights alone
And times being wronged
While all along
I sing my song
You listened close
With open ears
And sympathetic tears
But powerful fears
Keep you close but out of reach
So I sing my song
Of hearts being breached
While lynched I leaked
Into the leaches belly
Lifeless eyes
I sing my song
Over again
You know the tune
And from another room
You sing my song
I hear you dear
I raise the tune to drown you out
And vocals tear
My singing stops
I sit and watch
I sit and hear
You sing your fears
I think a song
You sing along
You amaze me so
By things you know
Things not said
And when my vocals bled
You held my head
And sung a song
That changed my life
You sung a song
That changed my life
